One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Your Carver Surf Racks or Carver Racks ("CSR") branded product ("Product") is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase ("Warranty period") when used in accordance with CSR's user manuals. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, CSR or an authorized dealer, at its option, will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the Product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or with your consent, a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces, or (3) refund the original purchase price if rack was purchased from carverracks.com. This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship, including excessive weight on the carrier arms or rack mount.
If you purchased your rack from carverracks.com, email CSR at sales@carverracks.com to obtain warranty service. Proof of purchase and photos of damage will be required to verify eligibility. All other customers will need to contact the dealer they purchased the rack from to obtain a refund or exchange.
CSR will only provide refunds to customers of carverracks.com
